The Uploaded Documents tab is the central area where all documents uploaded to the system are displayed within the Data Inventory module.
This section includes:
Documents uploaded via AI Data Upload,
Documents automatically transferred through Integrations (e.g. e-Invoice, ERP, accounting systems),
Files uploaded via Standard Upload using Excel templates.
For each document, the following information is displayed:
Document name and file type,
Upload status (Processed, etc.),
Upload date,
Uploaded by (this field may be empty for documents received via integrations),
Number of calculated and non-calculated data records.
Documents can be deleted from the system using the Options (… ) menu.
Deleted Data
The Deleted Data screen displays documents and related data records that were previously available in the Data Inventory but were later deleted.
In this section, users can track:
Deleted documents and their extracted data,
Deletion dates and data details,
The upload method through which the data was created (AI, integration, standard upload).
Using the Options menu:
Deleted data can be restored, or
Permanently removed from the system.
When a data record or document is deleted, all emission values calculated based on that data are also removed from the system. Therefore, the impact of deletion on calculation and reporting processes should be carefully considered before performing this action.
