Subscriptions

The Subscriptions section is used to view the organization’s current Carbondeck plans, compare available plans, and manage subscription-related processes. Plan upgrades, payments, and billing operations can all be managed from a single screen.

To access this page:
Administration → Subscriptions

From this screen, the following actions can be performed:

  • View the current plan or switch to a different plan

  • Upgrade to a paid plan

  • Update payment details

  • Update the billing email address

  • View past invoices

Available Plans

Carbondeck offers multiple subscription plans tailored to different organizational needs:

Carbondeck Free Plan

This plan is automatically assigned when an organization is first created. It includes basic calculation and reporting capabilities.

Carbondeck Booster Plan

Designed for more advanced carbon management needs, offering extended data processing capabilities and detailed reporting features.

Carbondeck AI Agent Plan

Provides access to AI-powered agents within Carbondeck. Automated data processing, advanced analytics, and AI-supported reduction workflows are included in this plan.

Enterprise Plan

A custom plan tailored to enterprise-level requirements. Organizations interested in this plan can contact the sales team via the Contact us option.

Plan Upgrade

To upgrade an existing plan:

  1. Click the Upgrade button on the relevant plan.

  2. Select monthly or annual billing.

  3. Proceed to the payment step and complete the transaction.

Once the payment is completed, the organization is automatically upgraded to the selected plan.

If a valid promotion or discount code is available, it can be entered via the Add discount / Promotion code field.

Managing the Subscription

To manage the current subscription, click the Manage Subscription button.
From this area, subscription cancellation, payment method updates, and billing information can be managed.

Billing and subscription management actions are only available to users with the Admin role.

Payment and Billing Infrastructure

All online payment transactions are securely processed via Stripe.
Payments can be completed using a credit card with either monthly or annual billing options.

If a valid promotion code is available, it can also be entered during the payment step.

For quote-based purchasing, invoicing requirements, or enterprise procurement processes, contacting the sales team is recommended.

Carbondeck may offer discounts under certain conditions:

1. Accredited Service Providers

Our partners may provide exclusive discounts to their users. For details, please contact us at

3. Special Events (Limited Events)

During selected periods and events, limited-time discount codes may be shared via our LinkedIn account. We recommend following us to stay up to date.
