Facility Management

Facility Management allows you to add, manage, and, when necessary, delete your organization’s facilities. In this section, you can define facility details, edit existing records, or remove them. Added facilities are included in your system for use in emission calculations.

To manage your facilities, go to Settings → Facility Management.

Adding a New Facility

To add a new facility:

  1. Click the + Add Facility button.

  2. Fill in the following fields in the form:

    • Facility Name

    • Facility Type (e.g., Office, Headquarters, Factory)

    • Country, State/Province, City, Postal Code

    • Address

    • (Optional) Area (m²)

    • (Optional) Tags

  3. Click the Save button at the bottom right to complete the process.

Tags allow grouping of facilities and can be used as filters in analytics screens.

Viewing Facilities

The Facility Details table lists all added facilities. Displayed information includes:

  • Facility Name

  • Facility Type

  • Country, City, Address

  • Tags

  • Area (m²)

  • Options (···)

Additional features:

  • Use the Search bar to find a specific facility.

  • Use the Filters button to filter by country, facility type, or tags.

Editing a Facility

To edit a facility:

  1. Find the facility you want to update in the Facility Details table.

  2. Click the (···) button in the corresponding row.

  3. Select Edit.

  4. Update the required fields in the form.

  5. Click the Update button at the bottom right to save changes.

Changing the Emission Profile

  1. Click the (···) button in the corresponding row.

  2. Select Change Emission Profile.

  3. This action will redirect you to the GHG Calculation Settings screen, where you can update the emission profile for the facility.

Deleting a Facility

To delete a facility:

  1. Find the facility you want to remove in the Facility Details table.

  2. Click the (···) button in the corresponding row.

  3. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the deletion. This screen also states that all associated data will be permanently removed.

  4. Click Delete to complete the process.

Facility deletion cannot be undone. All emission data and reports associated with the facility will be permanently removed.
