Data Entry+
The Data Entry section is the area where the operational data required for emission calculations under CBAM is entered. In this section, input, energy, and output data related to production processes are recorded, forming the core dataset for emission calculations.

In this section, input, energy, and output data related to production processes are entered, forming the core dataset for emission calculations.
Select Production Flow
Before starting data entry, the relevant production flow must be selected. First, a facility is chosen, and then a production flow associated with that facility is selected.
From this area, it is also possible to view production flow details, review embedded emissions, and check threshold settings.
Check Data Availability
In this section, the data entry status for the selected production flow is reviewed. The date ranges of data entries, the daily status of data (complete, missing, or empty), and non-production days can be visually monitored. This review can be performed on a facility and production flow basis.
Data Entry
Based on the selected production flow, data entry screens are automatically generated. First, the date range for data entry is selected. Then, data entry fields are presented under the following tabs:
Inputs – Raw materials entering the production process
Energy – Energy consumption data
Outputs – Outputs generated from the production process
The records displayed in these sections are based on the components previously defined in the selected production flow.
To enter data for a specific product or component, click the dropdown arrow in the relevant row. A table representing daily data entry will be displayed.
In this table, selections can be made individually on a daily basis, or in bulk using Select all on this page or Select all options.
After completing the selection, click the Add Selected Data button to open the data entry form.
Input Data Entry
In input data entry, the selected product is associated with a supplier, and the relevant embedded emission record is selected. Then, the consumed quantity is entered.
At this stage, the data entry rule is also defined:
Distributing the entered total value evenly across the selected date range
Entering values separately for each day
After completing the required fields, click Update to save the data entry.
Energy Data Entry
Energy data entry differs from input data entry by requiring emission factor selection. In this step, the reference source, reference year, region, and emission factor are selected, followed by entering the consumption amount.
The data entry rule is then defined, allowing the value to be distributed evenly across days or entered individually for each day. The process is completed by clicking Update.
Output Data Entry
In output data entry, the quantity of the produced output is entered. In this section, it is sufficient to define only the produced quantity. After entering the required information, the data entry rule is selected and the record is completed.
Production Route Results
Once all data entries are completed, the results are displayed in the Production Route Results section. This section shows daily production quantities, total emission values, direct and indirect emissions, and data status information.
When the detailed view is expanded, input, energy, and output components under the production flow for the selected date can be viewed separately. This allows a more detailed analysis of how each component contributes to the overall calculation.
