Product Stocks

In this section, stock inflows and outflows resulting from production processes and other operations are tracked on a product basis. This enables the analysis of product usage quantities and stock changes in relation to operational processes.

Stock List

On this screen, the current stock status of products defined within your organization is displayed in a list format.

For each product in the list, the following information is available:

• Product Name – Product name defined in the inventory

• Facilities – Facilities where the product is located

• Available Quantity – Current stock amount of the product

• Breakdown – Distribution of the product based on inflow and outflow movements

• View Ledger – Area to display detailed stock movements of the product

Additionally, filtering can be applied by facility or product using the filter section.

Stock Detail Page

When the View Ledger option is selected from the stock list, a page displaying all stock movements related to the selected product in detail is opened.

On this page, the following information is available:

• Date – Date of the stock movement

• Type – Direction of the stock movement (in/out)

• Source/Activity – The process that generated the stock movement (e.g. production process)

• Reference – Reference information related to the transaction

• Quantity – Quantity of the product involved in the transaction

At the top of the page, the Available Quantity of the selected product is also displayed.
