The Organizational Structure section allows you to add and manage your company’s investments. In this section, you can add new investments, enter data by year, and manage existing records.

To manage your organization’s investments, go to Settings → Organization Settings → Organizational Structure.

Adding a New Investment Company

To add a new investment company:

  1. Click the Add Company button.

  2. Enter the invested company’s name in the Company Name field.

  3. Fill in the Year, Investment (%), and Type of Partnership fields.

    • Investment (%): Specify your investment ratio (e.g., 20%).

    • Type of Partnership: Choose from Subsidiaries, Fixed Assets, Joint Venture, or Associated Companies.

  4. (Optional) Use + Add Data to enter additional years and values.

  5. Click Save at the bottom right to complete the entry.

You can define different investment ratios and partnership types for each year.

Viewing Investment Data

The Investment Overview table lists all added investment companies. Displayed information includes:

  • Company Name

  • Year

  • Investment (%)

  • Type of Partnership

Additional features:

  • Use the Search field to find companies within the table.

  • Use the All filter to view selected partnership types (e.g., only Joint Venture).

  • Use the Date Filter to display data for specific year ranges (e.g., 2023–2025).

Editing Investment Data

  1. Locate the company you want to edit in the Investment Overview table.

  2. Click the Actions (···) button in the corresponding row.

  3. Select Edit.

  4. Update the necessary fields (e.g., Company Name, Year, Investment (%), Type of Partnership).

  5. Click Save at the bottom right to confirm the changes.

Deleting Investment Data

  1. Locate the company you want to delete in the Investment Overview table.

  2. Click the Actions (···) button in the corresponding row.

  3. Select Delete.

  4. A confirmation screen will appear, asking you to verify the deletion. This screen also informs you that deleting the selected company will remove all related data.

  5. Click Delete to complete the process.

Deleted investment data cannot be recovered.
