Data Entry +

The Data Entry+ section is where all activity data that forms the basis of emission calculations in Carbondeck is entered into the system. Through this module, organizations can include their emission data in the calculation process using different data input methods.

The Data Entry module can be accessed via the Data Entry+ tab in the left-hand navigation menu.

Data Input Methods

Under Data Entry, there are four different data input methods available depending on organizational needs and subscription plans:

Manual Entry
This method allows users to enter emission data manually, item by item, directly through the interface. It is the only data entry method available under the Free plan and is suitable for basic emission calculations.

Standard Upload
Enables bulk data uploads using standard templates provided by Carbondeck. This method is available under the Booster and AI Agent plans and allows users to save time by uploading data in Excel format.

AI-Powered Data Upload
A data upload method where data is automatically parsed, classified, and matched with the support of artificial intelligence. This option is available only under the AI Agent plan. After the file is uploaded, data classification and matching processes are supported by AI.

Integration
Allows automatic data transfer to Carbondeck by establishing integrations with external systems (such as ERP, accounting systems, etc.). This method is available only under the AI Agent plan.
