The Integrations module allows you to connect your organization’s ERP/finance systems to Carbondeck.
Through this connection, data flows automatically from your ERP systems into Carbondeck, enabling the transfer of invoices, transactions, and documents required for carbon footprint calculations.

To access this section:
Settings → Organization Settings → Integrations


Overview of Integrations

In the Integrations tab, you can see:

  • Number of connected integrations

  • Total amount of data collected

  • List of available integrators

Carbondeck currently supports the following integrators:

  • EDM Bilişim e-Fatura

  • QNB e-Solutions (ERP/Finance)

  • CRS Soft (ERP/Finance)

  • İşNet (ERP/Finance)

  • Uyumsoft (ERP/Finance)

Each integrator card includes:

  • Connection status (Connected / Not Connected)

  • Short description

  • Connect / Disconnect buttons

  • Action menu (⋮)


Connecting a New Integration

To connect a new ERP system:

Steps

  1. Click the Connect button next to the desired integrator.

  2. In the form that appears, enter your ERP system credentials:

    • Username

    • Password

  3. Select a Start Date.
    This determines from which date your ERP data will be transferred into Carbondeck.

  4. Click Apply.

  5. Click Save.

Once completed, Carbondeck establishes the integration and begins processing data.

Note: Selecting a very old start date may require processing a large amount of historical data, which may extend the connection time.


Managing Connected Integrations

Editing an Integration

To update the settings of an existing integration:

  1. Click the icon on the integrator card.

  2. Select Edit.

  3. Update any of the following fields:

    • Username

    • Password

    • Start Date

  4. Click Save.


Pausing an Integration

To temporarily stop data flow:

  1. Click the icon.

  2. Select Pause.

In this case:

  • The integration remains connected,

  • But data synchronization is paused.


Disconnecting an Integration

To completely remove the connection:

  • Click Disconnect on the integrator card.

Data flow stops immediately, and the integration is fully disconnected.


Activity Log

The Activity Log tab displays the full history of integration-related actions.

Displayed Information

For each log entry:

  • Timestamp – When the action occurred

  • Action Type – (Connect, Disconnect, Sync Attempt, Test Connection, etc.)

  • Details – Description of the action

  • Integrator – Which integration performed the action

  • Status – Success / Error / Info

  • Performed By – The user or system responsible


Filtering Options

You can filter the activity list using:

  • Action Type

  • Provider (Integrator)

  • Status

  • Performed By

  • Date Range

These filters help you quickly analyze activity history.


Important Notes

  • Integrations ensure automatic data flow from your ERP systems into Carbondeck.

  • Once connected, records are collected daily under Emission Management → Data Inventory.

  • Each integration can be:

    • Edited

    • Paused

    • Disconnected at any time
