AI-Powered Data Upload

AI-Powered Data Upload enables the automatic extraction of emission-related data from invoices and documents and transfers them into the Carbondeck system.

This method can be accessed via the AI-Powered Data Upload tab under the Data Entry+ module.

Facility Selection (AI Mapping)

Within the Facility Settings section, AI Mapping is enabled by default.

  • The system analyzes address information contained in the uploaded file.

  • These addresses are matched with facilities defined in Carbondeck.

  • When a match is found, the data is automatically assigned to the corresponding facility.

If required, a facility can also be selected manually from the dropdown list.

File Upload

Supported file formats include:

  • PDF

  • Excel

  • CSV

  • Word

  • Image files (JPG, PNG)

  • XML

Files can be uploaded using drag-and-drop or by selecting them from your device.

After adding the file, click Upload Data to proceed.

Data Extraction and Confirmation

Once the upload is completed, the system:

  • analyzes the file content,

  • automatically extracts emission-related data,

  • and guides the user to the next step for review.

Data Inventory

All data uploaded via AI-Powered Data Upload is automatically transferred to the Data Inventory module under Emission Management.

The Data Inventory module is used for:

  • viewing uploaded data,

  • reviewing and editing extracted records,

  • initiating emission calculations.

After the AI-Powered Data Upload process, all subsequent steps are managed through the Data Inventory module.
