Franchise Management

The Franchise Management tab allows you to manage the franchises owned by your organization. In this section, you can add new franchises, edit existing records, or delete them. Franchises added here can be selected during calculations to calculate their emissions.

To manage your franchises, go to Settings → Organization Settings → Franchise Management.

Adding a New Franchise

To add a new franchise:

  • Click the + Add Franchise button.

  • Enter the name of the franchise in the Franchise Name field.

  • Click Save at the bottom right to complete the record.

Viewing Franchises

The View and Edit Data table lists all added franchises.

Displayed information includes:

  • Franchise Name: Shows the names of all added franchises.

  • Options: Allows editing or deleting each franchise entry.

Additional features:

  • Use the Search field to find a specific franchise within the table.

Editing a Franchise

To edit a franchise:

  • Locate the franchise in the View and Edit Data table.

  • Click the Edit option in the corresponding row.

  • Update the franchise name.

  • Click Save to confirm the changes.

Deleting a Franchise

To delete a franchise:

  • Locate the franchise in the View and Edit Data table.

  • Click the Trash Bin icon in the corresponding row.

  • A confirmation screen will appear, indicating that deleting the franchise will also remove all related data.

  • Click Delete to confirm or Cancel to abort the action.

Deleted franchises cannot be restored.
