Supplier Management allows your organization to define and manage the suppliers it works with within the system. Companies that provide products, services, or raw materials to your organization can be added in this section, enabling the supplier side of the value chain to be structured within the platform.

This section allows your organization to centrally view supplier information, add new suppliers, edit existing records, and associate supplier data with operational processes.

Download the Excel template from the window that opens
Enter supplier information into the template
Upload the file to the system
Click the Import Contacts button
Once the upload is completed, all suppliers will be displayed in the Supplier List.

Interaction Status
Within the Supplier List, there is an Interaction field that shows the status of each supplier:
Not Eligible – Supplier information is complete and the supplier can be invited.
Invitable – Supplier information is incomplete (for example if email or phone information is missing).
When invoices or evidence documents are uploaded through the AI module, the system can automatically detect supplier information from these documents and add it to the Supplier Management section.
If the documents contain incomplete information, these suppliers may appear with the Not Eligible status. In such cases, you must complete the missing supplier information manually.
